1. Notice of Intellectual Property Infringement

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication that includes the following:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.

  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  3. Your name, address, and telephone number.

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found).

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Dola Printable has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
